When traveling I love to hit up local spots where you generally won’t find a boat load of white-socked, camera-toting, matching-shirt-wearing tourists. When I travel I do my best to try to emulate how a local lives. I do tote my camera around, but I try to take photos first, then put the camera away to enjoy the experience.
Our last full day in Zurich we went to Péclard for brunch. We had stopped in the first day, but didn’t have time to enjoy it, and we just had to go back. That garden was calling my name! We all got something different so we could try as many things as possible. I was stuffed full of deliciousness by the end. The item that sticks out the most in my memory is Aida’s bacon leek breakfast pizza. Honestly, I’m not sure that’s exactly what it was…I just remember it looked like a pizza, and there was bacon, and it was delicious.
