Time for another round of picks from my resident beauty bloggers. This month I asked them: What are your favorite eye products & why? It’s always interesting to see what products overlap — which tells me they really just are that amazing if multiple beauty obsessed bloggers say they are their favorite. The most recommended this round were: Bobbi Brown Corrector; Diorshow Iconic Mascara; Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil; Kjaer Weis Organic Mascara; MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot specifically in Painterly; Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Tube.
Don’t miss the other posts with their recommendations — their Favorite Lip Products and Products They Can’t Live Without During the Winter.

Bobbi Brown Corrector — Probably the single most life-changing makeup in my bag, this pre-concealer erases dark circles like nothing else. Top it with Bobbi Brown’s Concealer Kit and you will never leave the house without either again.
Stila Contessa Eye Shadow — Most dark eye shadows wash me out, but this is the perfect warm, deep brown that opens up my eyes and can be worn as a wash for daytime or layered on for a smokey eye.
Buxom Lash — I have lash extensions now, but when I wore mascara this was the one. It manages to both thicken AND lengthen without clumping or flaking and the tube is massive but doesn’t dry out. Such a bargain!
One Love Organics Vitamin E Eye Balm — Depuffing, firming, dark-circle banishing and ultra-moisturizing, this multitasking eye cream does it all. I layer on extra at night, like a mask, and wake up looking like I slept 10 hours.

Urban Decay Primer Potion — Without it, my eye makeup would crease before I even finish my first cup of coffee. Nothing beats the original.
Kjaer Weis — Organic mascara gets a bad rap but Kjaer Weis debunks every myth out there. Long lush lashes that also happen to be lavender and rose-scented. And, you can refill the outer packaging once you hit that 3-month mark. It isn’t too good to be true.
MAC Veluxe Brow Liner — If I do nothing else, I still usually fill in my brows. MAC Veluxe Brow Liner is my lifeline. Deep Dark Brunette is an exact match for my brows and it comes with a built in spoolie.
NARS Abyssinia Eyeshadow — I’m in a very committed relationship with NARS Abyssinia Eyeshadow. It’s the only shadow I continually scrape the bottom of the pan on, which seriously gives me a major sense of accomplishment.
Eyeko — They make applying liquid liner ridiculously easy. I stockpile this skinny pen. Always in black.
LARA RAMOS // The Glossarie
Tweezerman Onyx Great Grip Eyelash Curler — The shape lets you get super close to the lash line without pinching. Resulting curl is natural, not bent, and it really holds!
LINDSAY ROGERS // Belle Belle Beauty
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero
Dior Diorshow Iconic Mascara in Noir
NARS Eyeshadow Duo in Kalahari
MAC ‘Pro Longwear’ Paint Pot in Painterly
CoverGirl Line Exact Liquid Liner Pen in Very Black
KARA MANOS // Politics of Pretty
CoverGirl LashBlast Clump Crusher Extensions Mascara — Earlier this month of my blog, I started a “Battle of the Drugstore Mascaras” series and I put five lengthening tubes to the test. This CoverGirl mascara separated, lengthened and defined my lashes in just two coats. The “c” shape of the brush also makes it easy to apply without smudging and it’s easy to remove before bed.
BareMinerals Ready Eyeshadow 2.0 in The Inspiration — Earlier this year I was on the hunt for an easy everyday eyeshadow duo or quad in a pretty purple shade. I stumbled upon this duo by BareMinerals and I’ve worn it every single day. The pink frost shade is a nice highlighter to sweep under the brow and the inner corners of the eyes. The glimmery plum has a silky texture and is easy to blend and build on.
MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Bare Study — This is my go-to long-wearing eye color that works as an eyeshadow base, keeping everything in place. Sometimes I also wear it alone on days when I don’t feel like doing my makeup but still crave a little bit of color.
Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner — My New Year’s resolution from 2013 was to perfect the cat eye look. I practiced every week using Stila’s liquid marker so I swear by this easy-glide pen. It’s a great liquid liner for beginners.
Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow — I’m a bit lazy when it comes to brow maintenance but this brush-on fiber gel is easy to use for blending and shaping thick arches.
MEGAN SCHWARZ // Seed to Serum
ELLE CHOI // Elle Choi
SHISEIDO White Lucent Anti-Dark Circles Eye Cream and BOBBI BROWN Hydrating Eye Cream — Bobbi Brown Eye cream and Shiseido. It’s so vital that we hydrate our undereyes to keep them from looking puffy, from forming wrinkles, and to prevent dark circles. Not only that, but when it’s hydrated down there, your concealer will apply much more smoothly and you’ll look hydrated and awake!
Lancome Effacernes Waterproof Under-Eye Concealer — For the shortcut to looking like you got a lot of sleep on days you didn’t, under eye concealer will be your bestest of best friends. I used Bobbi Brown’s Corrector Concealer for years and loved it, but recently I switched to Lancome’s waterproof formula that is a bit creamier, which I love. Both are great alternatives and the key is to pick a shade that is slightly brighter and peachier than your normal concealer (the peach tones will cancel out the darkness from dark circles).
