Being a huge fan of greyhounds, I have been dying to make a Paloma this summer. So when I had some ladies over for a Doughnut Tasting Brunch (Part I on Glitter Guide, Part II on Hayneedle.com) that is exactly what I made.

A Paloma is super easy and you can play with the measurements to reach your desired taste. Mine ended up being less measuring and more like — entire bottle of tequila — check. Two bottles of club soda — dump them in. Bottle of fresh grapefruit juice — pour entire thing. Add some agave nectar — squeeze until I think it’s enough. Make Linda squeeze 20 limes — done.  Add some ice, stir, serve.
