I am always looking for an unbiased beauty opinion from expert testers about beauty products. No joke I will spend hours searching blogs and YouTube videos to see reviews about certain products I’m considering buying. So when Allure started launching their Best of Beauty issue in 2014, I’ve been hooked and always want to see what their editors put their stamp of approval on each year.
Everyone has different skin and different coloring, so beauty is one of those industries where a lot of testing has to be done. You have to take every beauty recommendation with that in mind. What might work for you, might not work for someone else. But I love hearing from the experts because they test so many products, they can tell good quality from bad quality even if it’s not a product that works for their specific skin type or color.
You can check out the entire 2016 Best of Beauty List (all 270 products!) here.
