Dressing for the Beginning of Fall

Close up of Kate Spade bag and Acne boots

Every time the season changes I forget what the temperature feels like. Being someone who is always cold, I’m constantly having to evaluate what my weather app says versus how that temperature actually feels to me.

I also think the beginning of the seasons feel colder. Like 65 will feel cold in October but hot in March when you are used to temps in the 30s. The first few weeks of new temps are always a mystery to me of how cold I will actually be. I end up dressing in layers or dressing too warm. I’d rather be hot than cold.

One item I love (but don’t have enough of) is cozy sweaters. The few I do have I wear constantly! This season I’m determined to add more to my wardrobe. While I don’t go for much color, do I love mauve and blush. This sweater comes in 7 colors and is SUPER oversized. I got a S and probably could have gotten an XS, although I like the super oversized trend so I’m fine with it.
