Holiday Gift Guide // For the Beauty Lover

Kicking off my Gift Guide series this year we’re going straight into beauty products. Beauty is such a great gift during the holidays — from makeup brushes to fragrances, eyeshadows to lipsticks — you can find affordable gifts or go for something luxe that your loved one wouldn’t typically buy for themselves.

Also checkout my beauty gift guide from last year — I still stand by all of those products and all of the links are updated!

// Shower Cap — Let’s be real, with the invention of dry shampoo, none of us wash our hair anymore if we can avoid it. And, it’s better for your hair not to wash it often anyway. I’ve been searching for a waterproof turban like this, and here it is! Perfect for taking a shower without ruining your hair!

// Jo Malone London Hand & Body Wash — There isn’t a Jo Malone scent I don’t like (I’ve smelled them all!), but I especially love the Wood Sage & Sea Salt and the Basil & Neroli. See all Jo Malone products including candles and fragrance here. You really can’t go wrong with any gift from Jo Malone.

// MAC Eyeshadow Palette — This palette is INSANE. More MAC eyeshadow palettes to choose from here.

// Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Scissors — I don’t know about you, but I use my brow scissors way more than I ever thought I would.

// Sigma Beauty Essential Brush Kit — Your face is important enough to invest in nice brushes. Trust me, there’s a huge difference!

// Elizabeth and James Find Your Nirvana Rollerball Set — A few things about this gift set. 1 — The name of this is awesome. 2 — Rollerballs are perfect for stashing in your purse and traveling. 3 — I’m obsessed with these scents. Obsessed. 4 — It’s a great price!

// NARS Illuminator — I literally credit this illuminator for taking like five years off my face. I seriously look younger the second I put this on. I have the hot sand color, and I promise, it goes on much more tame than the pink/orange color that it looks in the tube. The dewey illuminated look is in, get on the train!

// Diptique Patchouli Candle — You cannot go wrong with a Diptique candle. See all the scents and holiday gift sets here.

// Goop Instant Facial Mask — Dying to try these Gwyneth-approved products. I’ve heard amazing things.

// Deborah Lippmann Undressed Nail Polish Set — For the girl who loves nude polish, this is the perfect set! And it’s at a great price!

// Benefit Cosmetics Cheekathon Blush & Bronzer Palette — Every shade of blush you need, plus it’s great for traveling!

// Pleasure State Lace Eye Mask — The prettiest eye mask I ever did see. I think this mask has multiple intentions for usage…

// Herbivore Botanicals Calm Bath Salts — Seriously, as soon as I get a bathtub, I’ll be trying so many bath salts.

// Le Labo Vetiver 46 Body Oil — My favorite scent from Le Labo, this body oil is the ultimate luxury. More options including fragrance and candles from Le Labo here. This brand is perfect for someone who appreciates high quality, unique scents.

// Conair Foot Bath — Call me an old woman, I don’t care, I want one of these! There’s nothing better than coming home from the office in the winter, chilled to the bone, and soaking your feet in hot hot water. Also if you like to pedicures at home (save some $$) then this is the perfect way for your at home pedi to feel like a spa!

// Quip Toothbrush — The chicest electric toothbrush around. Simple. Functional. Well-designed. Plus they tell you the best way to brush your teeth!

// Tom Ford Ultra-Rich Lip Color — For the ultimate luxury, this is the lipstick. Plus the packaging is to die for!

// One Love Organics Skin Dew — Their newest product (I’m an OLO devotee). This is perfect especially if you have oily skin. It’s light and one of the healthiest safest products you could put on your skin (all of the OLO products are, check them out here).

// Lipstick Organizer — This holds 24 lipsticks! Why is having your beauty products organized so satisfying!?!

// Tweezerman Facial Hair Remover — The topic women don’t like to talk about…facial hair! Whatever this thing is, it scares and excites me at the same time. Must try!

// Hair Turban — I use my hair turban EVERY TIME I get out of the shower. I spray a weightless conditioning mist on my hair, comb through it quickly, and whip it up in this turban while I get ready. It’s a great way to towel dry your hair but keep it out of your face at the same time. I also love to wear it when I sleep in a hair mask.

// Sara Happ Lip Scrub — Winter is the time for lip scrubs. I use this scrub once a week!

// Ecotools Makeup Brush Cleansing Cloths — I know if I had these I’d clean my brushes a lot more often.

// Glossier Mega Greens Galaxy Pack Mask — This mask balances and conditions pores while helping to calm inflammation. I also want the Glossier Moon Mask for my dry skin this winter.

// Kate Spade New York Makeup Bag — I LOVE that there is a section for your brushes in this makeup bag. Perfect for someone who travels, or just likes to keep things all in one place!

// Bite Beauty Bite Lipstick Set — This is definitely one of my FAVORITE lipstick brands. If you live in NYC or Toronto, I recommend going to their Lip Lab and getting a custom color made!

// Kari Gran Lip Whip — There are a lot of lip products out there. And a lot of them aren’t really that great. This one stands out from the crowd and actually keeps your lips moisturized!

// Acrylic Makeup Organizer — I just got a few of these and I am OBSESSED. I feel so organized! Choose from endless options here.

// Lorac Pro Eyeshadow Palette — Can’t. Get. Enough. Eyeshadow. Palettes. I’m pretty sure I’d wear every color in this one!

// ghd Classic Styler — This is THE BEST flat iron. I’ve had mine for years!
