Link Love

Bookshelf - Amber Interiors

We got all moved into our new place. Most things are in their rightful spot, but I’ve got two giant bookshelves that are a hot mess. I’ve got more books and items on them than I know I’ll be able to fit, and I know it will probably take me several hours to style both of them — so I’m putting it off for a few days. Taking inspiration from one of Amber’s projects above.

I already gave a little life update so today it’s all about the links!

How to deal with jet lag.

Pretty sure I need to get some sunscreen and actually wear it regularly. I’ve always worn it when I knew I’d be in the sun for several hours, but never on a daily basis. I really want to try the new Glossier Face Sunscreen. Have any of you tried it? What do you think?

I just finished Commonwealth and am starting The Regulars.

I have a bunch of cookbooks, and honestly, I NEVER read them and rarely use them. Since I’ve moved twice in the past 15 months, I ended up getting rid of a lot of them, and just keeping 6-7. So I loved this post — 33 Things I Learned From This Season’s Cookbooks.

If you’ve been dying to try Vintner’s Daughter (I have) I just couldn’t stop watching this review which led me to this video with the founder April Gargiulo.

How to deal with fruit flies.

I got to hang out with Grace in Palm Springs, and she already wrote her travel diary!

I love this idea — Repeat Roses. This company gives you a way to basically recycle the flowers from an event or wedding. Learn more on their site. (Seen via Victoria).

I think I want these shorts. They seem like the perfect easy cutoff for summer.

The difference between inspiration and imitation.
