NATIONAL CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

CLIENT NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MUSEUM
LOCATION WASHINGTON, D.C.
YEAR 2019

This mural commissioned by the National Children's Museum is the go-to spot for a photo inside the children’s museum. Inspired by eight symbols chosen by the client — cherry blossoms, the Metro, the pandas at the National Zoo, the architecture of the row homes in the city, a record player to represent the rich history of go-go music, the DC flag, DC’s famous half smoke, and Chinatown’s Friendship Archway — this mural represents destinations and the culture in the Washington D.C. area.
